Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 45 years as on 22/05/2026.
• Age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Ex-Servicemen/PwD candidates. Only the highest applicable relaxation shall be considered (no cumulative relaxation).

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
• Desirable: M.Tech (additional weightage during shortlisting).

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Civil/MEP construction or related fields in Central/State Govt., PSUs, or other organizations.

Skills

• Experience in building construction works is desirable.
