• Essential: Degree from a recognised university; Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognised university.
• Desirable: Acquaintance with national/international affairs; Matriculate in the relevant language; 3 years experience in news/media.

Editorial Assistant / Assistant News Editor

• Essential: Degree from a recognised university; Degree/Diploma in Journalism from a recognised university; Minimum 3 years experience in news broadcasting/news organization.
• Desirable: Acquaintance with national/international affairs; Matriculate in the relevant language.

Videographer

• Essential: 10+2 from a recognised Board; Degree/Diploma in film & video editing from a recognised university; 2 years of relevant experience.

Stenographer

• Essential: 10+2 from a recognised Board; Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. in computer typing.

Resource Person

• Essential: Class XII + 3 years of TV/Doordarshan programme production and coordination OR Graduation with professional Diploma in TV programme production/Mass Communication/Journalism OR Graduation with professional Degree/Diploma in a specific field.
