Educational Qualification & Experience (Role-wise)

• Vibration Analyst & Rotor Dynamics Expert (YP-3): BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with Vibration Analyst Cat-II Certification; 10 years in Condition Monitoring, plus 3 years in an Integrated Steel Plant.
• Blast Furnace Process Expert (YP-2): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgical); 6 years in Blast Furnace operations within an Integrated Steel Plant.
• Civil / Structural Design Engineer: BE/B.Tech (Civil); 3 years as Design Engineer in Structural/Civil works.
• Engineer, Electrical & Automation: BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics); 3 years in Electrical Maintenance & Automation in steel/rolling mills.
• AI Engineer: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; 3 years in Python, AI/ML & Deep Learning.
• Project Execution, Mechanical: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical); 3 years in structural/utility erection and project execution.
• Project Execution, Electrical: BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics); 3 years in automation, instrumentation, HT/LT cable laying.
• Data Analytics Officer, HCM & PMS: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; 3 years in ASP.NET/.NET Core development.
• F&A, Sales & Main Accounts: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance); 3 years in Sales Accounting, Taxation & Accounts.
• Consultant, HR - L&D Application Enablement: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA; 3 years with proficiency in PHP & mobile app development.
• Consultant, Digital Learning: Graduate with Instructional Design/EdTech certification; hands-on with Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline.
• Consultant, Leadership & Capability Development: MBA/PGDM (HR); experience in leadership and management development programs.
• 3D Animator / Visual Content Creator: BE/B.Tech/Graduate; 3 years in 3D animation and video production.
• Data Scientist: BE/B.Tech (ME/Tech/PhD desirable); minimum 3 years.
• Data Architect: BE/B.Tech (ME/Tech/PhD desirable); minimum 3 years.

All experience must be gained after the qualifying degree in a Public Sector Undertaking, Government Organisation, Public Limited Company, JV of PSUs, or a private firm with a valid CIN.
