Age Details

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 34 years for general candidates
• Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST/BC; 10 years for Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen
• Retired employees above 65 years are not eligible

Educational Qualifications

• Court Assistant: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board, OR retired employee from the Judicial Department (Assistant/Examiner/Typist/Copyist and above).
• Court Attendant: 7th Class pass, OR retired Judicial Department staff (Attender/Process Server or last grade service).

Age and Other Conditions

• Age as on 01 July 2026: minimum 18 years; maximum 34 years for general candidates.
• Relaxations: SC/ST/BC up to 5 years (maximum age 39); Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen up to 10 years (maximum age 44).
• Retired employees above 65 are not eligible.
