Eligibility Details

Guru/Teacher (Kathak Dance)

• Degree from a recognized university/college in Kathak Dance or from a traditional Dance Gharana family.
• Additional professional qualification in the area of Dance.
• Minimum of five years of teaching, performance, and organizing activities related to performing arts.
• Desirable: Understanding and knowledge of performing arts as a performer/producer/researcher or field worker.
• Familiarity with computer applications.

Guru/Teacher (Sitar)

• Degree from a recognized university/college in Sitar or B.High from AIR and belonging to a traditional Gharana family.
• Additional professional qualification in the area of Music/Dance.
• Minimum of five years of teaching, performance, and organizing activities related to performing arts.
• Desirable: Understanding and knowledge of performing arts as a performer/producer/researcher or field worker.
• Familiarity with computer applications.
