Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 35 years
• Reference date for age calculation: 20/06/2026
• Candidates must have been born not earlier than 21/06/1991.

Educational Qualification

• A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• MS-CIT certificate or an equivalent computer course recognized by the Government of Maharashtra (as per Government letter no. 277/39 dated 4 Feb 2013). Acceptable equivalents include D.O.A.C.C. and N.E.I.L.L.I.T. New Delhi certificates.
• Exception: Graduates or Post-Graduates in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) are exempt from the MS-CIT requirement.

Domicile Requirement

• Domicile of Sangli District is mandatory. A valid domicile certificate must be submitted at the time of application. As per Maharashtra Government resolution dated 08/05/2026, 70% of seats are reserved for Sangli District domiciles and 30% are open to candidates from other districts. If candidates from other districts are unavailable, those seats will be filled from Sangli domiciles.
