• General Manager: Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognised university; preferred CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking & Finance, Diploma in Co-operative Business Management, CA, Cost Accountant, or MBA (Finance).
• Assistant General Manager (Loan): Graduate or Postgraduate; preferred CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking & Finance, Diploma in Co-operative Business Management, CA, Cost Accountant, or MBA (Finance).
• Head of Department: Graduate or Postgraduate; preferred CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking & Finance, Diploma in Co-operative Business Management, CA, Cost Accountant, or MBA (Finance).

Experience

• General Manager: 15-20 years in general banking; minimum 5 years in Senior Management (e.g., Chief Manager, AGM, DGM).
• Assistant General Manager (Loan): 10-15 years in general banking; minimum 5 years in Loan/ Credit Department at Senior Management level.
• Head of Department: 10-12 years in relevant banking areas (Treasury/Investment/Accounts/MIS/Inspection/Recovery) at senior levels; preference for co‑operative banking background.
