Age Details

The minimum age is 18 years. The maximum age across posts reaches up to 45 years (varies by post). Age relaxation follows government norms for reserved categories and PwBD candidates.

1. Educational Qualifications (varies by post)

• System Manager (Computer Centre): Ph.D. in a relevant field with one year experience OR Master’s in Computer Science/Applications/Electronics with three years’ experience OR Bachelor's in Computer Engineering/IT with 55% marks and ten years’ experience.
• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and nine years as an Assistant Professor or five years as an Assistant Registrar in administration.
• Auditor: Chartered Accountant or M.Com with 55% and five years’ experience.
• Student Welfare Officer: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and nine years as an Assistant Professor or five years in administration as an Assistant Registrar.
• Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
• Publication Officer: Degree with 55% in printing technology/mechanical engineering with five years’ experience, or a diploma with ten years’ experience.
• System Programmer (Computer Centre): Master’s in a computer-related field with 55% marks and three years’ post-qualification experience.
• System Analyst (Computer Centre): M. Tech. in Computer Sc. or First Class MCA with five years’ experience, OR First Class M.Sc. (Computer Sc.)/B.E. (Computer) with six years’ experience.
• Deputy Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Technology with at least two years’ experience.
• Security Officer: Retired commissioned officer or Graduate with NCC ‘C’ certificate and five years’ relevant experience.
• Coach (Athletics): Graduate with Diploma in athletics coaching, at least two years’ experience and participation in inter-university/national tournaments.
• Co-Ordinator (NSS): M.A./M.S.W. with NSS Orientation and five years’ relevant experience.
• Technical Assistant (Library): B.Lib.S. with three years’ experience or M.Lib.S. with one year’s experience.
• Data Entry Operator: BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT) with three years’ experience OR M.Sc.IT/MCA with one year’s experience.
• Tape Disc Librarian: BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT) with three years’ experience OR M.Sc.IT/MCA with one year’s experience in library work.
• Computer Operator (Senior): BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT) with three years’ experience OR M.Sc.IT/MCA with one year’s experience.
• Electrical Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least two years’ experience.
• Technical Assistant (Computer): BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.E./B.Tech with three years’ experience OR M.Sc.IT/MCA with one year’s experience.
• Steno Grade -C (Gujarati): Bachelor’s degree; GCC in Stenography (Gujarati) with required speed in shorthand and typing.
• Civil Supervisor: BE/B.Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil with two years’ experience.
• Field Collector (Bioscience): B.Sc. with relevant subjects and two years’ experience.
• Glass Blower: B.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree in Glass and Ceramic Engineering/Technology with three years’ experience.
• Laboratory Technician (Physics): M.Sc. in Physics.
• Laboratory Technician (Pharmacy): M. Pharm.
• Workshop Mechanic (Physics): SSC plus ITI Mechanic with five years’ experience.
• Gas Mechanic (Chemistry): SSC and ITI (Welder) with one year’s experience.

2. Age Limit

Maximum age varies by post (e.g., up to 40 for System Manager, up to 45 for Deputy Registrar, up to 35 for Data Entry Operator). Age relaxation as per government norms for reserved categories and PwD candidates. Age is as of the last date of online application.
