Age Details

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 27 years

Educational/Technical Qualifications

Construction Assistant 'A' (CA'A')

• Secondary School Certificate (10th standard under the 10+2 system) + ITI/NAC or equivalent in the required trade + 2 years of trade experience.

Construction Handler (CH)

• Secondary School Certificate (10th standard under the 10+2 system) + ITI certificate in the required trade.

Fire Engine Driver (FED-OG)

• Valid heavy motor vehicle driving license; knowledge of motor mechanism; at least 3 years’ driving experience; pass in 10th standard; physically fit for strenuous duties.

Civilian Motor Transport Driver (CMTD-OG)

• Valid driving license for motor cars and light motor vehicles; knowledge of motor mechanism; at least 3 years’ driving experience; pass in 10th standard. Desirable: license for Heavy Vehicles.

General Note

• The SSC-based 10th standard proof is acceptable. Higher qualifications do not guarantee higher pay or benefits beyond what is admissible.
• Nationality: Indian citizen.

Application Fee

• General/UR/OBC/EWS: Rs. 350 (plus taxes/charges).
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen (eligible)/Women: Fee exempted.

Payment: Online via net banking or Visa/Master/RuPay, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI. Fee once paid is non-refundable. If applying for multiple posts, pay the fee separately for each post. An objections fee of Rs. 200 applies per challenge.

Instructions

• Online applications only. No other mode of submission.
• Do not submit multiple applications for the same post; higher registration number will be considered if submitted more than once.
• Bring Admit Card and original photo ID to the examination venue.
• Name on Admit Card must match photo ID exactly.
• Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are prohibited at the exam center.
• NOC may be required for Central Government employees; no undue advantage will be granted.
• No TA/DA for CBT or Skill Tests; lodging/board arrangements are the candidate's responsibility.
• PwBD candidates may receive scribe/compensatory time as per medical certificates and notification guidelines.
• Jurisdiction for disputes lies with Visakhapatnam courts/tribunals.
• SBC(V) reserves the right to modify/cancel/postpone the process at any stage.
