Age Details

• Age: 30-40 years as on 31 March 2026 (UR category).
• Relaxations: OBC (NCL) 3 years; SC/ST 5 years; PwBD up to 10-15 years as applicable.
• PwBD reservations and OBC non-creamy layer requirements apply as specified in the notification.

Educational Qualification (as on 31 March 2026)

• Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Data Science, AI & ML, or equivalent - from a government-recognized university/board.
• OR: MCA or M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Data Science, AI & ML, or equivalent - from a recognized university/board.

Preferred

• MBA (System/Finance/Operations/Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Certifications: PMP, CBAP (IIBA), PMI-PBA, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant Cloud Certifications.

Work Experience (as on 31 March 2026)

• Mandatory: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of BFSI experience.
• Technical exposure: Experience in large-scale programs; Core Banking transformation, Payments (UPI/Swift), Compliance, RegTech, Digital Lending, and related areas.
