Age Limit

• Minimum age: 31 years
• Maximum age: 42 years (as on 31.12.2025)

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from recognized institutes (AICTE/UGC/Government Bodies).
• Preferred certification: HR Analytics or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT or BFSI IT vertical.

Note: Training and teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC up to ₹45 Lakh (negotiable based on experience and current emoluments).
• Fixed:Variable pay at 80:20, with annual increments up to 5% of CTC from the second year.
• Variable pay linked to performance (subject to minimum 90% appraisal score).

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on eligibility parameters.
• Interview (100 marks).
• CTC negotiation at interview.
• Merit list based on interview scores (tie-breaker by age).
• Final selection for top candidates after negotiation.
