General Instructions

• Use the prescribed form (Schedule-1 for individuals or Schedule-2 for Self Help Groups, Women’s/Ex-Servicemen Cooperatives).
• Forms are available on the official website www.jehanabad.nic.in.
• Attach 3 recent color passport photos (one attested on the form).
• Include self-attested copies of educational certificates, computer certificates, age proof, and a residential certificate from the Circle Officer.
• Attach property documents or lease agreement for shop/godown.
• For reserved categories, attach caste certificate and non-creamy layer for BC; EWS certificate if applicable.
• For cooperatives, attach registration and bank account copies.
• For Self Help Groups, ensure at least 1 year of existence, along with grading certificate, bank account, and meeting proceedings.
• Send in a sealed envelope with advertisement number, panchayat/ward name, and block/municipal body name.
• Submit by registered post/speed post to Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Officer, Sub-Divisional Office, Jehanabad, Pin-804408 by 10 February 2026 during office hours.
