Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of the advertisement

Essential Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA), OR
• MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management in Finance with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in an executive position
• Experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Asset & Liability Management
  • Forex & Treasury Operations
  • Raising Resources through Bonds
  • Working Capital Management
  • Formulation of SOPs and strengthening of systems and processes
  • Strengthening and compliance of internal control systems
  • Risk assessment and mitigation in F&A
  • Taxation matters
  • Project appraisal with focus on financial analysis

For PSU/Government Sector Candidates

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E8 Grade or above in SECI
• Pay scale: Rs 120,000-280,000 (IDA) or CDA Level 14 (Rs 144,200-218,200) or equivalent

For Private Sector Candidates

• Minimum 2 years at a level immediately below Board Level in a listed company
• Average audited turnover of Rs 5,000 crore or more in the last 3 financial years
• Annual CTC of Rs 58 lakhs (excluding medical) in the last financial year

Desirable Qualifications

• Company Secretary (CS) or Law degree from a recognized university/institution
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, IFRS, and Indian GAAP
• Practical knowledge of finalization of accounts and audit matters
