Educational Qualification

• Tele-com./Radio Mechanic T&S Grade-D: Standard X (10th) from a recognized board, or Matriculate/equivalent.
• In addition, candidates with an ITI certificate in Electronics or an equivalent qualification may be considered.
• Only permanent SECL employees with required service in appropriate grade are eligible; external candidates are not eligible.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Attendance requirement: minimum 240 days (above ground) and 190 days (underground) in the calendar year 2025 and 2026 totals, including sanctioned leave.
• Employees appointed in a higher grade are not eligible to apply; employees must be in the same grade or below as per the Cadre Scheme.
