• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance is preferred.

Experience & Age

• Senior Cluster Manager: 5 years of experience; age up to 35 years.
• Cluster Manager: 2 years of experience; age up to 32 years.

Notes:

• Experience should be in cluster and PDI activities, or business development in banking/financial sectors, and/or work with MSMEs.
