General Instructions

• If a sufficient number of eligible women candidates are not available to reach 33%, the unfilled vacancies may be filled by male candidates from the same reserved category as per Notification No. M(14)/136/GEN/DOP dated 26.11.2018.
• One post each is reserved for PWD in specific categories (as listed in the notification).
• The advertised vacancies may include carried forward posts from ongoing recruitment processes.
• Candidates must possess Sikkim Subject Certificate or Identification Certificate issued by the competent authority.
• No Objection Certificate from the Head of Department is required from employed candidates.
• Married female candidates must enclose COI/ SSC of Husband (as applicable).
• A Valid Local Employment Card issued by the Government of Sikkim is required.
• Apply online through the official website; applications submitted through other modes will be rejected.
• Application fee of Rs 500 must be paid online; the fee is non-refundable.
• e-Admit Cards will be downloadable after a separate notice is published on the official website.
• Bring a Photo Identity Proof at the exam center (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.).
• Shortlisted candidates must submit attested copies of documents as directed.
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the examination.
• Admission to examination stages is provisional and subject to eligibility verification.
