Age Details

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 55 years (upper age limit varies by post and relaxations)
• Age limits are as on closing date of online application with applicable relaxations for reserved categories.

Educational Qualifications

• Chief General Manager (E8a): Full-time regular bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Deputy Manager (E4) & Engineer (E2): Full-time regular bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• C&I: Full-time regular bachelor degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
• Chemical: Full-time regular bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc (Chemistry).

General Eligibility

• Candidates from SC/ST/PwBD categories must have 50% or more marks in essential qualification; others require 55% or more. Rounding off percentage is not permitted.
• All posts require relevant post-qualification executive experience in Erection/Commissioning and/or Operation & Maintenance of Coal-based Thermal Power Plants, including experience in Super Critical Thermal Power Plants (660 MW+).

Application Fee

• Rs. 500 plus GST @ 18% (non-refundable) to be paid online.
• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/EWS candidates are exempt from payment of the application fee.
• The application fee, where applicable, must be paid to complete the online application process.
