Age limits

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 40 years
• Age relaxations as applicable to reserved categories, PWD, in-service candidates, and ex-servicemen as per prevailing rules (as on 01-01-2026).

Eligibility per post

• Library Assistant: 2nd class graduate in Library Science. Desirable: Graduation in Science.
• Sr. Mechanic (Maintenance Engineer): M.Tech (Agricultural Engineering / Electrical & Electronics) with minimum 55% marks.
• Accounts Assistant: Graduation (50% OM / 45% Reserved) in Commerce / Business Admin / Science / Computer App / IT / Maths / Stats / Economics. 1-year training (Rs. 6000 stipend) plus passing the ACC exam.
• Assistant-Cum-Typist: Graduate with typing speed ≥ 35 wpm (skill test qualifying).
• Audio Visual Operator: 10+2 with ITI Diploma in a relevant trade (Electronics/Instrumentation/IT) and AV equipment experience.
• Electrician: Matriculation with ITI Diploma in the trade.
• Machine Assistant: 10+2 with Diploma in Printing (relaxable with 5 years’ experience in modern offset printing).
• Translation Assistant: Graduate with proficiency in English & Urdu and knowledge of meeting proceedings & equipment operation.
• Workshop Assistant: Matric with ITI in Repair & Maintenance of Electric/Electronic Gadgets.
• Binder/Cutter: Matric with 3 years’ experience (relaxable to 5 years without matric).
