Age Limits

• Sr. Manager (Corporate Legal): Upper age limit 45 years as on 01-12-2025.
• Manager (Corporate Legal): Upper age limit 40 years as on 01-12-2025.
• Manager (Environment and Safety): Upper age limit 40 years as on 01-12-2025. Note: Age relaxation as per rules.

Sr. Manager (Corporate Legal) - KDS

• Qualifications: Degree in Law from a recognized national/international university.
• Essential qualifications: 10 years of work experience in the Legal wing of corporates.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law. Experience in port/shipping sector or as an advocate.

Manager (Corporate Legal) - HDC

• Qualifications: Degree in Law from a recognized national/international university.
• Essential qualifications: 5 years of work experience in the Legal wing of corporates.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law. Experience in port/shipping sector or as an advocate.

Manager (Environment and Safety) - KDS & HDC

• Qualifications: A Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering from a recognized university.
• Essential qualifications: 5 years of work experience in environment assessment/regulations.
• Desirable: A Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Engineering/Industrial Health. Experience in port/shipping sector/infrastructure/heavy engineering.

General Information/Instructions

• Engagement is contractual for three years, extendable up to two additional years based on performance.
• Selected candidates may receive medical treatment in the Port hospital for self.
• Employees are governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
• Selected candidates may be provided unfurnished Port accommodation on payment of licence fee.
• Canteen facility of KDS is available to the selected candidate.
