Age Limits

• Steward, Communication, Veterinary: 18-27 years
• Electrician: 18-25 years

Relaxations as per rules apply for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), Ex-Servicemen, and other categories.

Post-wise Educational Qualifications

• Head Constable (Steward): 12th pass from a recognised Board; Diploma (minimum two years) in Catering and Kitchen Management; minimum one year of Steward experience in a 100-bed hospital or government-recognised institution.
• Head Constable (Communication): 12th class with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or a three-year Diploma in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Head Constable (Electrician): Matriculation with either (i) two years’ work experience in the trade, or (ii) one year certificate course from recognised ITI/Vocational Institute with at least one year in the trade, or (iii) two years Diploma from a recognised ITI in the trade; trade test required.
• Head Constable (Veterinary): 12th with Science and Biology; two-year Diploma in Veterinary and Livestock Development or related veterinary courses.

Candidates must possess the prescribed qualifications and certificates in original as on the last date of receipt of applications.
