Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Students from 4 to 5 years are eligible.

General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 1000/-, SC / ST: Rs. 1000/-. Payment can be made online through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Candidates must carefully fill all required fields such as name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, address, and qualification details. If uploads are required, ensure all documents are in the correct size and format (PDF or JPEG). Before final submission, re-check all entered information and uploaded documents. After successful submission, print or save a PDF copy of the application form for future reference.
