  • For posts 01-04 (Business Development Head, Manager, Content Manager, Result Manager, Conduct Manager): Master’s Degree in Engineering/Management or related fields with first division or UGC grade B and 8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • For Senior Executive: Any Graduate with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Additional requirements: Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher; IT skills mandatory; experience in education/skill development sector preferred.
  • Sector experience considered across automobile, agriculture, apparel & textiles, IT/ITES, healthcare, banking & finance, retail, hospitality, electrical & electronics, construction, transport and logistics.
  • Candidates with relevant sector experience are preferred.
