Eligibility for SVSU Recruitment 2026

PGT - Computer Science

• M.Sc Computer Science (regular 2-year program) OR M.C.A. (regular 3-year program) OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT (regular program) with 55% marks; Hindi/Sanskrit at Matric or 10+2; HTET/STET certificate; consistent good academic record.

PGT - English

• M.A. English with at least 50% marks and B.Ed; Hindi/Sanskrit at Matric or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as a subject; HTET/STET certificate; consistent good academic record.

PGT - Mathematics

• M.Sc/M.A. Mathematics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed; HTET/STET; consistent good academic record.

TGT/VT - Automotive

• B.E./B.Tech in Automotive Engineering or B.Voc in Automotive; or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with relevant specialization; OR Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of teaching or industry experience in the automotive sector.

TGT/VT - Beauty & Wellness

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture; 1 year of professional experience OR Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture; 3 years’ working experience in the profession.

TGT - Dance and Music

• BA in a recognized university with 50% marks in Music or a teaching subject; BTC/JBT/D.Ed. or B.Ed.; or other eligible education combinations; HTET/STET in Music; Hindi and Sanskrit as subjects in Matriculation or higher.

TGT - English

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in English as a core/optional subject; English as a teaching subject in BTC/JBT/D.Ed. or B.Ed. or B.El.Ed./BA-B.Ed. etc.; HTET/STET as applicable.

TGT/VT - Healthcare

• MBBS or MSc in Bioscience or B.Sc. Nursing with 3 years’ hospital experience OR BVoc-Health Care.

TGT - Mathematics

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in Mathematics; HTET/STET; appropriate B.Ed./BTC/JBT/D.Ed. qualifications.

TGT/VT - Multi Skill Foundation

• B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years teaching/industry experience; ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Welding/Fitter/Turner with 3 years teaching/industry experience.

TGT - Social Studies

• Bachelors with 50% marks in Social Science and teaching exposure; BTC/JBT/D.El.Ed. or B.Ed./B.Ed. (Special Education); HTET/STET in Social Science; Hindi/Sanskrit in matriculation or higher.

TGT/VT - Japanese

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in Japanese and 1 year teaching experience; OR Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Japanese with 3 years’ experience.
