• Operation Lead Engineer: Maximum 52 years as on 01-01-2026
• Specialist Engineer: Maximum 50 years as on 01-01-2026
• Portal Administrator Engineer: Maximum 45 years as on 01-01-2026
• Network & Monitoring Engineer: Maximum 45 years as on 01-01-2026
• Helpdesk Engineer: Maximum 43 years as on 01-01-2026

Post-wise Qualifications

• Operation Lead Engineer (L-3): BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent; MBA preferred; 10 years total experience (6 years in enterprise network management); ITIL or ISO 20000 certification.
• Specialist Engineer (L-3): BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent; 8 years total experience (5 years in enterprise network management); networking, system, or security certifications (CCNP/JNCP/RHCA/RHCSA/CSSA/MCSE/CISA/OSCP/CompTIA).
• Portal Administrator Engineer (L-2): BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent; 5 years total experience (4 years in web portal management); valid software development and deployment certification.
• Network & Monitoring Engineer (L-2): BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent; 5 years total experience (4 years in enterprise network management and monitoring); CCNA/JNCA certification; 24x7 roster flexibility.
• Helpdesk Engineer: Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent; 3 years IT experience; 2 years Helpdesk/NMS experience; ITIL V4 certification; 24x7 shifts flexibility.
• Video Conferencing Coordinator: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent; 5 years total experience (4 years in video conferencing); networking/infrastructure project experience; CCNA/JNCA certification.
• Store In-Charge: BSc/BCom/BCA or equivalent; 5 years total experience (3 years in storekeeping/inventory management); Diploma in Computer Science (minimum 1 year) required; logistics certification preferred.

General Eligibility

• Valid email ID mandatory; original DOB, qualification, and experience certificates required at interview.
• Medical fitness as per requirements.
• Relevant industry experience in SWAN/SecLAN/CCTNS/Bharat Net/Smart City projects.
