Age Limit

Eligibility Details

General Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent required.
• MBA degree preferable (as noted in some criteria).

Post-specific Experience (illustrative per role)

• Operation Lead / Engineer (L-3): Minimum 8-10 years of enterprise network operation and management experience.
• Engineer (L-2) / Network & Monitoring: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Portal Administrator: Experience in development/management of large web portals or government portals.
• Helpdesk Engineer: ITIL-certified; experience in help desk and NMS.
• Video Conferencing Coordinator: Experience with networking/infrastructure projects.
• Store In Charge: Inventory management experience with online tools and Excel.

General Skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 rostering where applicable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCNA, RHCSA, ITIL V4, etc.) as applicable to the post.
