Eligibility Details

Project Manager

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent with MBA degree. Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in management of Enterprise networks. Experience in large IT infrastructure projects, network audit, and SLA monitoring. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

Operation Lead

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent with MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in managing Enterprise network operation and services. Experience in large IT infrastructure projects (SWAN/SecLAN/CCTNS/Bharat Net/Smart City, etc.). ITIL or ISO 20000 certification preferred.

L-3 Specialist

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience; strong background in routing, switching, SD-WAN, security, and related certifications (CCNP/JNCP or equivalent).

Portal Administrator

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience with web portals.

L-2 Network & Monitoring

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience with network monitoring and SD-WAN technologies.

Helpdesk Support

• Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent. Minimum 3 years IT experience, 2 years in Help Desk/NMS. ITIL V4 certified.

Video Conferencing Coordinator

• B.E/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience with video conferencing and related networks. CCNA/JNCA or equivalent certification preferred.

Store In charge

• B.Sc./B.Com/BCA or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management and storekeeping; knowledge of Excel and online tools. Diploma in Computer Science preferred.
