Age Limit

• 18 to 45 years for all posts

Educational Qualifications

• FPO Manager: Postgraduate degree in Rural Management / Agribusiness Management / Social Work / Agriculture / Marketing / Finance / Horticulture or related field from a recognized university
• Business Promoter: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university; MBA / B.Sc. in Mathematics / B.A. in Economics preferred
• Accountant: Graduation in Commerce from a recognized university

Essential Qualifications

• FPO Manager: Postgraduate degree in the relevant field
• Business Promoter: Graduate with preference for MBA / B.Sc. Mathematics / B.A. Economics
• Accountant: B.Com graduate from a recognized university

Experience

• FPO Manager: At least 3 years in rural management / agribusiness management or related field
• Business Promoter: Experience in business promotion and marketing preferred
• Accountant: Experience in accounting and financial management in government/private sector preferred

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of FPOs, agricultural marketing, rural development programs
• Knowledge of business development, market analysis, promotional activities
• Knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting software; understanding of government accounting procedures
• Computer proficiency and MS Office for all posts; good communication in Hindi and English
