TGSRTC Recruitment 2025-2026: 198 Traffic Supervisor Trainee and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee Posts Online Application

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years (with applicable relaxations)
• Upper Age Limit Relaxation: Government of Telangana has raised the upper age limit by 12 years for direct recruitment (making it up to 37 years).

Additional Age Relaxations

• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years in addition to service rendered in the Armed Forces
• SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years
• Departmental Employees (SC/ST/BC): Up to 45 years as on 1 July 2025 (subject to service)
• Departmental Employees (Other than SC/ST/BC): Up to 40 years as on 1 July 2025 (subject to service)

Notes: Date of birth as per SSC/Matriculation certificate; other age proof documents are not accepted.

Educational Qualifications

• For Post Code No. 47 (Traffic Supervisor Trainee): Must possess a Graduate Degree awarded by a university in India, established or incorporated by Central Act, Provisional Act of State, or equivalent qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as on 1 July 2025.
• For Post Code No. 48 (Mechanical Supervisor Trainee): Must have passed Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Technical Education, Government of Telangana, or an equivalent qualification in the same discipline as on 1 July 2025.
• Candidates with higher qualifications (BE/BTech/AMIE in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering) are also eligible for Post Code 48.
• Candidates with higher qualifications than prescribed will also be considered for Post Code 47.

Essential Qualifications

• All educational qualifications must be obtained by 1 July 2025.
• Degrees must be from Indian universities established or incorporated by Central or State Acts or institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• Diploma must be from the Department of Technical Education, Government of Telangana or equivalent.

Desirable

• For Departmental Candidates: Must have completed 5 years of regular service as an approved probationer as on 25 December 2025.

Experience

• No specific experience is mandatory for external candidates. Departmental candidates must have 5 years of regular service in TGSRTC as of the date of notification.

• The fee covers registration, processing, test administration, and portal maintenance. Fees can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other modes available on the TGPRB/TSLPRB portal. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

General Information/Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online only via the official portal.
• Check eligibility carefully before applying.
• Ensure all required documents are ready before submitting.
• Use a valid personal mobile number as the User ID and keep it active through the recruitment process.
• Do not submit multiple applications for the same post.

• The organizing body reserves the right to reject candidature at any stage.

Training and Service Bond

• Selected candidates will undergo 12 months of training. A conditional Indemnity Bond to serve the Corporation for 5 years after training may be executed.

Disqualification Grounds

• Suppression of material facts, canvassing, multiple spouses, or prior dismissal from government service.
• Any offence involving moral turpitude as per court judgment.”

Medical Standards

• Candidates must be medically fit. Vision, hearing, and other standards as specified in the notification will apply.
• Provisional medical fitness may be required prior to appointment.
