Educational Qualifications

• Senior Medical Officer (DRTB Site): MBBS or equivalent; completed compulsory rotating internship. Desirable: MD in Respiratory Medicine/Internal Medicine/DTCD or MD Community Medicine, Diploma/CHA, or Masters in Public Health.
• TBHV: Graduate in science OR Intermediate (10+2) in science with experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker, or a recognized health education/counseling course, or a tuberculosis health visitor’s course. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months). Preference: MPW training or a recognized sanitary inspector course.
