Age Details

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed 10th (SSC/Matric) and ITI (regular) in the relevant trade in 2023, 2024 or 2025.

Domicile

• Candidate must be a resident of Uttarakhand.

Age and Residency

• Age 18 to 30 years as on the last date of submission of the application. Age relaxations as per rules for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), and PH candidates.

Apprenticeship Condition

• Only candidates who have not undergone apprenticeship training after completing their education are eligible; those who have already undergone apprenticeship training will not be considered.

General Information and Instructions

• Only Uttarakhand residents are eligible to apply.
• Age and educational qualifications must be completed as of the last date of submission; results awaiting candidates should not apply.
• THDC will not provide employment after completion of apprenticeship; it is a training engagement.
• Candidates must arrange their own travel and accommodation to Tehri or Koteshwar training locations.
• Candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training are not eligible for apprenticeship again.

• OBC applicants must upload a valid OBC caste certificate and NCL certificate in the Central Government format for the current year.

How to Apply

• Candidates must first register on the Apprenticeship portal at www.apprenticeshipindia.org and obtain a registration number.
• The registration number must be printed and mentioned in the application form.
• Download the prescribed application form from THDC website and send the duly filled form with self-attested documents to the address provided in the notification.
• Ensure all required documents are attached; incomplete applications will be rejected.
