THSTI Recruitment 2026: 3 Project Positions - Quality Assurance Associate, Documentation Officer, and Assistant Data Manager

Quality Assurance Associate

• Graduation in any branch of science with at least three (3) years post-qualification experience in a relevant field OR
• Post-Graduation in any branch of science with at least one (1) year post-qualification experience.
• Area of experience: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in clinical trial sample testing, bioanalytical, or diagnostic laboratories, with working knowledge of GCP, GLP, NABL/ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Documentation Officer

• Graduation in any branch of science with at least three (3) years post-qualification experience in a relevant field OR
• Post-Graduation in any branch of science with at least one (1) year post-qualification experience.
• Area of experience: Documentation control and management in clinical trial, bioanalytical, or diagnostic laboratories, including preparation, review, issuance, version control, archival, and retrieval of SOPs, manuals, formats, and records as per QMS requirements. Working knowledge of GCP, GLP, GDP, and regulatory documentation practices.

Project Research Scientist-I (Assistant Data Manager)

• Post-Graduation (including integrated degree) in Computer Application / Computer Science / Data Science or related subject from a recognized university OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Application / Computer Science / Data Science or related subject from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Experience in clinical research data management, database administration, preparation of Clinical Study and Data Management documents, software validation and documentation, working knowledge of clinical database development, knowledge of R/Python/STATA.
