Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 64 years
• Age relaxation may be considered in exceptional cases or for candidates already holding an analogous position in Government/Research and Academic Institutions/Industry.

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in planning, execution, and supervision of civil works in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations.
• Held the position of Executive Engineer or above in CPWD or an equivalent organization.
• Experience in handling multi-storied institutional, residential, or public infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of CPWD manuals, government procurement procedures, and contract management systems.

Experience and Other Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant experience as described above.
• Age up to 64 years as maximum limit.
