Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Population Studies, Public Health, or allied fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research projects in the HIV/AIDS field (desirable).
• Experience with High Risk Groups (HRG) population, ICTC and ART Centres (preferred).
• Conversant in local language and English.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Research skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, and analysis.
• Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and bridge populations.
• Sensitivity towards HRG communities and PLHIVs.
• High level of commitment, integrity, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations (desirable).
