Educational Qualifications by Post

1. Senior Research Associate (1 Post)

• Qualification: PhD in Education from a recognized university
• Experience: 3-5 years of research experience in education and teacher education (preferred)

2. Research Associate (1 Post)

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Education or equivalent
• Experience: 1-3 years of research experience in education and teacher education (preferred)

3. Research Assistant (1 Post)

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Science, Education, Social Sciences, Statistics or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of first-hand research and publication experience

4. Research Intern (3 Posts)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency: Computer applications (MS Office, movie maker, photo story, etc.); familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
• Language: Proficient in Hindi, English and Marathi

5. Senior School Facilitator (3 Posts)

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles in Education Institutions
• Preference: Prior experience with Ed-Tech tools and applications

6. School Facilitator - Part Time (5 Posts)

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: 1-2 years in similar roles in Education Institutions
