Eligibility Details

Senior Administrative Assistant (Academic)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a government-recognized institution with five years of secretarial work experience OR
• Master’s Degree with three years of secretarial work experience in HR Administration/Finance & Accounts/Academic/Purchasing/School Secretariat.
• English typing speed: minimum 30 words per minute (WPM).

Administrative Assistant (Academic/Admission)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a government-recognized institution with two years of secretarial work experience OR
• Master’s Degree with one year of secretarial work experience in HR Administration/Finance & Accounts/Academic/Purchasing/School Secretariat.
• English typing speed: minimum 30 WPM.
