Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Population Studies, Public Health, or allied fields
• 3-5 years of experience in research projects in HIV/AIDS is desirable
• Skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis
• Proficiency in local language in addition to English
• Experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations
• Sensitivity to issues related to HRG communities and PLHIVs
• High level of commitment, integrity, and excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
