Eligibility Details

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Population Studies, Public Health, or allied fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in HIV/AIDS research projects (desirable).
• Skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis.
• Proficiency in local language in addition to English.
• Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
• Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and bridge populations.
• Sensitivity toward HRG communities and PLHIVs.
• High level of commitment and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to implement programmes.
