Age Details

• OC: 18-32 years
• SC/ST/SCA/BC/BCM/MBC&DNC: no maximum age limit (overall cap 60 years)
• Differently Abled (OC): 18-42 years; others follow the 60-year cap as applicable
• Ex-servicemen (OC): 18-48 years; SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC/BCM: up to 53 years
• Destitute Widows (OC): 18-59 years; no maximum for reserved categories with an overall cap of 60 years

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed HSC with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any one of the related subjects.
• They must possess one of the following: a one-year Certificate Course in Audiometry from a recognized Government Medical Institution or an institution recognized by the State/Central Government; or a Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS); or a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) from a University recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
• The qualification must be possessed on the date of notification (03.12.2025).

Age Limit

• For all categories (SC/ST/SCA/BC/BCM/MBC&DNC): minimum 18 years; no maximum, subject to not having completed 60 years at the time of selection/appointment.
• OC candidates: minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years.
• Differently Abled (OC): minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years; SC/ST/SCA/BC/BCM/MBC&DNC have no maximum age limit with an overall cap of 60 years.
• Ex-servicemen (OC): minimum 18 years and maximum 48 years; SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC/BCM maximum 53 years.
• Destitute Widows (OC): minimum 18 years and maximum 59 years; reserved categories have no maximum age limit with an overall cap of 60 years.

Application Fee

• SC / SCA / ST / Destitute Widow / DAP: Rs. 300

• Others: Rs. 600

• Fee payment: online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet as per Annexure-1. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
