• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Self Help Group Animator
• Resident of the concerned Panchayat
• Target group identified through participatory rural appraisal
• Good communication skills
• Experience in bank transactions and loan applications
• Preference for computer skills and a two-wheeler driving license
• Android phone with ability to send SMS and WhatsApp messages and operate apps
