Eligibility

Essential Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Desirable Educational Qualifications

• Any other degree/diploma/certificate course in regulatory law or communication engineering
• Proficiency with legal software (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra) for accessing and collating judgments
• Working knowledge of computers and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Desirable Experience

• At least three years of experience in legal matters, with knowledge of regulatory laws and experience in court proceedings
• Experience in telecom and broadcasting regulatory matters
