Currently employed as outsourced/daily wage/contract Pourakarmika, Loader, UGD Helper, Cleaner, Helper, or related sanitation worker in the respective ULBs with ESI and PF benefits for at least 1 year.

Special Categories

Family members of deceased Pourakarmikas and persons identified as Manual Scavenger Victims may also be eligible, subject to certification.

Language

Knowledge of Kannada or basic Kannada proficiency is required.

Conduct

Clean service record with no criminal proceedings or prior dismissals in previous employment.
