Age Limit

• Upper age limit as on 21.02.2026: EWS - 35 years; SC - 40 years
• Age relaxation as per government directives where applicable

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as an elective subject, or
• Bachelor’s degree in English with Hindi as an elective subject, plus 3 years translation/terminology experience and computer proficiency

Desirable

• Certificate or Diploma in Translation
• Knowledge of regional language (Jharkhand/Andhra Pradesh)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of translation work in an organization OR
• 3 years’ experience of terminological work in an institution or independent translation work of equivalent nature
• Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office
