Age details

• Minimum age: 18 years (as on 22-04-2026)
• Maximum age: 30 years (as on 22-04-2026)
• Age relaxations as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwBD/Ex-servicemen.

Eligibility details

Assistant Manager (Electrical / Mechanical / Materials)

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, marine, port, engineering, government or semi-government organizations.

Assistant Manager (HR)

• Two-year Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Personnel Management, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or related areas with at least 60% marks.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in similar sectors.

Experience noted as desirables and domain-specific preferences per notification.
