Age Details

• AGM (Contract Cell): Maximum 55 years
• Deputy Manager: Maximum 35 years
• Age relaxations: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), Ex-servicemen (10 years) (age must not exceed 45 years for relaxation).

Eligibility Details

Assistant General Manager (Contract Cell)

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification managerial experience in sub-contracting or vendor development, purchasing, operations, managing government tenders/sub contracts in shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore fabrication, or related marine industries.

Deputy Manager (Quality Control)

• Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering, or a three-year Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Shipbuilding Engineering with NDT level 2 or ASNT level 2 certification. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience for degree holders, and 10 years for diploma holders in quality control of outfitting, machinery, piping, structural outfitting, or related areas.

Deputy Manager (Painting)

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a three-year Diploma with relevant certification (NACE Level 2, Frosio Paint Inspector, or equivalent). Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience for degree holders, and 10 years for diploma holders in shipbuilding, painting inspection, or related fields.

Deputy Manager (Contract Cell)

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering, or a three-year Diploma in related fields. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience for degree holders, and 10 years for diploma holders in sub-contracting, vendor development, or government tenders.

Deputy Manager (Machinery Design)

• Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering, or a three-year Diploma in related fields. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience for degree holders, and 10 years for diploma holders in machinery design and related applications (AutoCAD, Tribon/Aveva/CADMATIC).

Deputy Manager (Electrical Design)

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a three-year Diploma in related fields. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience for degree holders, and 10 years for diploma holders in electrical design applications (AutoCAD, Tribon/Aveva/CADMATIC).
