Age Limits

• Junior Engineer-C: Maximum 30 years (age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
• Technician-D: Maximum 25 years (age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD)

Junior Engineer-C

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks and 4 years of relevant experience in academic research or industrial organizations in mechanical departments
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks and 4 years of relevant experience in academic research or industrial organizations in electronics departments
• B.Sc in Physics with at least 60% marks and 4 years of relevant experience in academic research or industrial organizations in mechanical/electronics departments

Technician-D

• ITI in Electrical or Electronics trade with 4 years of relevant experience in academic research or industrial organizations
