Age Limit

• General/Unreserved: 18-42 years
• Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC Uttarakhand): 18-47 years with applicable relaxations
• Dependants of Freedom Fighters, Ex-Servicemen (Uttarakhand), State Govt. Employees: as per rules

Note: Age is calculated as on 01 July 2025.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

• Basic Health Worker Female (ANM) Training Course as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council, including 6 months of midwifery training.

Registration (Mandatory)

• Valid/renewed Registration with Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun, valid up to the last date of online application.

Desirable Qualification

• Preference to candidates with NCC ‘B’ Certificate or two years of Provincial Army service in case of equal marks.

Domicile / Residence

• Uttarakhand domicile or meeting the specified Uttarakhand residence/education conditions (e.g., passing High School & Intermediate in Uttarakhand, or being a dependent of non-transferable government employees posted in Uttarakhand).

Nationality

• Indian citizen, or certain eligible categories as per Government norms.

• Amendment/Correction Window: 06 May 2026 to 09 May 2026 (up to 5:00 PM)

• EWS / Uttarakhand SC / Uttarakhand ST: ₹150

Fee Payment

• Online via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card. The fee is non-refundable.

Important Instructions

• Offline/hard copy applications will not be accepted. Incomplete online applications will be rejected. Vacancies may increase or decrease.
• Candidates must select all 13 district options in order of preference; district preferences are mandatory and cannot be changed after final submission.
• Ensure eligibility, caste/category certificates, and other documents are ready by the last date of online application (04 May 2026). Certification validity and age relaxations follow Uttarakhand government orders.
