Age Limit

• General (UR/EWS): 20 to 28 years as on 01-04-2026

Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/College/University recognized or approved by Government bodies/AICTE/UGC. The result must be declared on or before 01-04-2026. The date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years prior to the cut-off date (Graduation Marksheet should not be prior to 01-04-2022).

Local Language Proficiency

• Candidate must be proficient in any one of the local languages of the applying state (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding). Evidence via 10th/12th marksheet/certificate or a local language proficiency test is required.

Citizenship

• Must be a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan/eligible person of Indian origin as per prescribed criteria. Non-Indian citizens in eligible categories must have an eligibility certificate from the Government of India.

• The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the BFSI SSC portal.

Important Instructions

• Apprenticeship is on-the-job training and not guaranteed regular employment upon completion.
• Must not have previously undertaken Apprenticeship in Union Bank of India or any other organization under the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended.
• Only online submission is allowed; no hard copies should be sent to the Bank.
• Completion of online examination does not guarantee selection; final eligibility and cut-off decisions rest with the Bank.
• Ensure Aadhaar number is available before engagement, and be prepared to present documents during verification.
• Do not submit multiple applications; if inadvertent duplicates occur, only the last valid application will be retained.
