Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation with first class or minimum 60% marks from leading recognized institutions/universities, or higher educational qualification.
• Preferential Qualifications:
  • Relevant work experience in any of the fields listed in the application form.
  • B.B.A./B.A./M.A./M.Phil/Ph.D. in Tourism and Travel Management.
  • M.B.A. in Hospitality Tourism and Travel.
  • P.G. Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality.
  • Preference will be given to degrees/diplomas in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Tourism, and Archaeology.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and Windows.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work in the field.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Hindi (written in Devanagari script) and English is essential.

The selection process involves an online application, a panel interview, and final selection. Applicants must upload a statement of purpose of 500 words with their application. A departmental committee will review the applications. Selected researchers for the Chief Minister Tourism Fellowship Program will undergo a two-week training at the Honorable Kanshiram Institute of Tourism Management in Lucknow. This training will include lectures from experts from specialized institutions such as FHRAI New Delhi, ITTM Noida, IHM Lucknow, FCI Aligarh, and the Institute of Archaeology Delhi. Required documents include an Aadhar card and qualification mark sheets. Candidates should carefully read the notification before applying and ensure all details are accurately filled.
