Educational Qualifications

• Manager (Category-1): Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with 55% marks or related degrees; ‘O’ Level computer certificate or professional qualifications (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT, BCA, MCA, BBA/MBA in Banking/Finance/HR), or a full-time PG in Banking/Finance/HR with the required percentage.
• Junior Manager (Category-2): Graduate degree in a relevant discipline as prescribed for supervisory posts in District Co-operative Banks.
• Assistant/Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff) (Category-3): Graduation in any stream with computer knowledge; CCC or equivalent computer certificate.
• Assistant Manager (Computer) (Category-2): Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; recognized computer qualification.
• Assistant Manager (General) (Category-2): Graduation in any discipline; banking/finance/management background preferred.
