Eligibility Details

Age

• Minimum age: 17 years as on 31 December 2026. There is no upper age limit published for the course.

Educational Qualification

• 10+2 with English and minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST candidates).
• English must be passed individually.
• Best of 3 core subjects (excluding English) for marking.
• Eligible through: NIOS/open schools, 10+2 Vocational ANM (40%), 10+2 Healthcare Science Stream (40%), and registered ANM with passing marks.

Nationality

• Indian citizen.

Domicile

• Uttar Pradesh domicile is mandatory for admission to Government GNM colleges. Domicile proof required (valid UP Domicile Certificate or passing 10th and 12th from Uttar Pradesh).
• Private colleges may admit non-UP residents, but government seats are reserved for UP domicile holders.
